The Grand Residence
The Grand Residence is Taipei's unique "residential style multi - event venue." Located on the lobby level of Grand Hyatt Taipei, this intimately designed space has been exclusively created by world-renowned interior designer, Tony Chi. From couture cocktails to meticulous meetings, indulgent evenings to wondrous weddings, the grand residence is exquisitely staged to exceed the highest standards of hospitality. Featuring a collection of harmonious venues, and encompassing over 500 square meters of flexible event space, the grand residence is complimented by state of the art audio-visual technology:
Residence One
An exclusive and sophisticated venue of 320 square meters for special occasions, weddings, engagements, cocktails, special exhibitions and private celebrations of any kind from 120 to 180 people.
Residence Two
A residential style venue of 100 square meters can accommodate 40 to 90 people for exclusive meetings and conferences, VIP luncheons and private dinners.
Residence Three
An intimate venue of 56 square meters for up to 40 people. The perfect choice for hosting small meetings or events, with a unique option of opening to the kitchen adding a stunning residential element to this creative venue.
The Residence
A discreet venue of 471 square meters for special occasions with an adjoining terrace - a premier outdoor venue with a spectacular view of Taipei 101. The ideal venue for discerning outdoor banquets, product launches and cocktail receptions.

A multi use Bar from coffee breaks, to welcome drinks or specialty themed events.
