A: Yes, our food and beverage experts are happy to create a menu that reflects your wishes. Our experienced team will work with you to fulfill your requests and to make sure that you will have the wedding menu you want for your special day.
Q: Can I taste all the food before the wedding?
A: Of course. A complete tasting of all the selected menu items will be scheduled several weeks prior to your wedding. At that time, we can make any necessary adjustments.
Q: How long will my wedding banquet last?
A: Generally, a wedding banquet is planned for around four hours (12:00 noon - 4:00 pm or 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm). You can extend the time if desired. Your wedding specialist will advise you regarding any additional costs for the additional time.
Q: Can I have an open bar at the wedding?
A: You can elect to have an open bar with our selection of wine and beer. The choice of beverages and the time will affect the cost.
Q: Do you have suggested vendors for flowers, music, photography, etc?
A: We work on a regular basis with several vendors. We will be happy to give you contact information.
Q: Are taxes and service charge included in the pricing?
A: Yes, contract pricing on minimums for food and beverage do include all taxes and subject to service charge. Please remember, pricing is not final until a signed contract is returned to your wedding specialist.
Q: Can my guests have a late check-out the morning after the wedding?
A: We will try to accommodate your guests' requests. However, this will be dependent upon the overall occupancy of the hotel on the day in question.
Q: Can I decorate the reception room?
A: Generally, yes. There will be certain limitations in some rooms, which your wedding specialist can review with you. We can give you ideas and suggestions that have successfully worked in the past.
